Can I use my ReadyCARD® outside of the airport and/or country?

You can use your ReadyCARD® anywhere that accepts debit cards. At a merchant location, swipe your card, sign for your transaction, or use your four-digit PIN number, and the transaction will be complete.

How do I create/reset my PIN number?

Call the number on the back of the ReadyCARD® and follow the voice prompts accordingly.

Can I use my ReadyCARD® online?

For the best results, please register your card prior to performing any online transactions.

The airline refunded my card but I no longer have the card, what do I do?

Go to CONTACT US and select the 'Lost or Stolen Card' option.

Can I cancel my ReadyCARD® and get a refund for the remaining balance?

A ReadyCARD® cannot be canceled and there are no refunds for the balance of funds on the card. You can use your ReadyCARD® anywhere that accepts debit cards. At a merchant location, swipe your card, sign for your transaction, or use your four-digit PIN number, and the transaction will be complete.

Can I dispute a charge on my ReadyCARD®?

If you suspect a fraudulent charge, please call the number on the back of the card and follow the voice prompts accordingly.

Can I get a replacement if I damaged my card?

Go to CONTACT US and select the 'Lost or Stolen Card' option.

What are the fees for my ReadyCARD®?

Go to CARDHOLDER AGREEMENTS and select the Agreement for your ReadyCARD® to view the complete list of fees.

Can I get a check or cash refund?

Refunds are issued only through a ReadyCARD®.

My card did not dispense from the kiosk?

Go to CONTACT US and select the “Purchased Card at Kiosk-Card Did Not Dispense” option.
